I have a general arts degree plus the UVic Certificate in Computer Based Information Systems. My early experience working with adults and technology was gained as a volunteer computer instructor at the James Bay Community Project in Victoria, BC.

My services include:

• PC (Windows), Mac, iPhone, Android and Windows Phone support
• training for adults who are learning to use technology or wanting to improve their existing skills
• troubleshooting and problem solving when things go sideways
• software installation and removal

Last but not least, my fee is $30/hr.
